Amjili will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to keep login credentials secure.

Amjili may also request documents to verify the source of funds. You authorize Amjili to use such information to verify your identity and age, and to perform ongoing verification checks. You must promptly inform Amjili of any suspected unauthorized use of your Account. Amjili will implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and may process personal data for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance. By registering, you consent to the processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may register only one Account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or pledged, and Amjili may suspend or terminate any Account suspected of being used by or on behalf of more than the registered individual. Attempts to circumvent these rules may result in forfeiture of winnings, closure of the Account and denial of further access to Services.
To place bets or play for Real Money, you must deposit funds into your Amjili Account using the payment methods offered by the Platform. Amjili supports multiple currencies; deposits will be converted to the Account currency at the prevailing rate, with any currency conversion fees payable by you. Amjili reserves the right to require additional verification prior to accepting deposits or before permitting withdrawals. Third-party deposits are prohibited; funds originating from a third party may be rejected or forfeited. You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits originate from a valid and legally owned payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed after all required verification documents have been accepted. Amjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification, enforce anti-money laundering checks and impose limits on withdrawal amounts per transaction or per period. If there is no login activity for 365 consecutive days, the Account is deemed dormant. Closing an Account does not constitute a self-exclusion and may not immediately disable access to the Platform’s Games; you may request re-opening by contacting support. Amjili Holds customer funds in a dedicated client bank account separate from company funds. Customer balances are not protected in the event of insolvency of Amjili or its affiliates. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amjili operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts or as otherwise required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
Amjili reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Substantive changes will be published on the Platform and may take effect immediately or as otherwise stated. If you object to any modification, you must cease using the Platform. Continued use after the modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amjili excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts Amjili’s liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Amjili regarding the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations or agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Amjili’s prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
