Scope and Eligibility

These Sports Rules govern all betting activity conducted through Amjili’s Sportsbook. By placing a bet, the account holder accepts these Rules in their entirety. The account holder confirms they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and that the information provided during registration is accurate and current.

Account Registration, Verification and Use

• Amjili may perform identity, financial and other verification checks (including video verification) as required by applicable law and regulatory guidance. The company may suspend or restrict access to an account until verification is complete to its satisfaction.
• Amjili may request information concerning the origin of funds. The customer must provide documentation establishing sufficient funds for betting where requested.
• Reregistering or using a second account is prohibited without prior written consent from Amjili. Multi-accounting, sharing accounts or payment details with third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bets or winnings.

Bets: Acceptance, Validity and Cancellation

• A bet is valid from the moment it is registered on Amjili’s server and the customer receives an online confirmation. If a confirmation message (or equivalent indication) does not appear, the customer should review betting history or contact Support.
• Bets are accepted only to the extent of available funds in the bettor’s account. The stake is debited when the bet is registered and credited back if the bet is canceled or refunded in accordance with these Rules.
• Registered bets are not cancellable or adjustable except as provided herein. Amjili may cancel bets for reasons including, but not limited to, mispricing (palpable errors), improper event data, or violations of betting limits. Bets placed after the start of an event may be invalid unless the bet is a live (in-play) bet as described below.
• An express or system bet that includes events with different maximums will be governed by the lowest maximum among the included events. The maximum win per bet is five million units of the account’s base currency or such other limit as Amjili prescribes.

• Live bets may be accepted on main and supplementary outcomes. A live bet is considered accepted when the server confirms the bet and a live confirmation is issued; the accepted odds are fixed at acceptance unless changed by the system rules or special cases described in these Rules.
• Live bets are not edited or deleted except in exceptional circumstances outlined in these Rules. Amjili may adjust or void live bets if there is a technical error, data discrepancy, or rule violation.
• In events where live data is contested or revised (e.g., official result discrepancies), Amjili may settle bets based on reliable official sources or, where applicable, broadcasting data only as a last resort and in accordance with these Rules.

• All events are settled according to the official outcome announced by the event organizer or governing body. If an event is postponed, suspended, or not completed, Amjili may void or settle bets at its discretion in line with the applicable market rules. In general, events postponed beyond 48 hours from the official start time may be voided; where a match resumes, bets may remain valid if still applicable under market terms.
• If an event is abandoned or not resumed within the time frame specified by Amjili for the market, bets on unsettled outcomes may be voided, while markets already determined may be settled as determined. Where two or more legs contribute to a market, only leg-specific determinations influence settlement.
• For sports with multi-leg formats (e.g., playoffs, series), settlement follows the normal time for each leg; if the series is decided by aggregate results, settlements reflect the final regular-time results unless a market explicitly includes overtime or other tie-breakers.
• In cases where the result data conflicts between official protocols and other sources (e.g., broadcasts), Amjili reserves the right to settle based on the official protocol or other primary authoritative source. Where multiple sources conflict, Amjili will determine settlement and may suspend payments pending clarification.

• Outright (long-term and short-term) markets are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants will stand even if a listed participant cannot take part (for example, due to withdrawal or disqualification), and such bets may be settled as losses where applicable. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; if a listed participant is replaced by another from the same team, team-based markets may stand while individual performer markets may be void.
• Markets such as “To Qualify,” “Method of Victory,” or other tournament progression bets in postponed or abandoned events will be settled as void if the match is not rescheduled within 48 hours. Markets involving a player’s individual performance may be void if the participant does not take part.

• Single: A bet on a single outcome of an event. Winnings equal stake multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
• Express: A bet on several independent outcomes. The overall payout equals the stake multiplied by the product of the odds of all included outcomes. A loss on any included outcome results in a loss of the entire express.
• System: A bet on a fixed combination of outcomes across multiple events. The maximum number of options in a system is 184,756, and the maximum events in a system are 20. Winnings equal the sum of the winnings of the included express bets within the system.
• Dependent outcomes: Only one dependent outcome can be included in an express. If interdependent events occur within a system, lower-odds outcomes may be excluded to preserve integrity of settlement.

• Line data and live data are indicative. Amjili may make corrections for mispriced odds or incorrect event data. In case of data discrepancies, the bettor should rely on Amjili’s internal records and, where applicable, official event data from governing bodies.
• Amjili reserves the right to adjust or correct results if official sources subsequently revise outcomes or reveal errors in original reporting. Any correction may lead to refunds or re-settlement as appropriate.
• Where a result from the event’s official site differs from broadcast data, Amjili may settle according to the official data or, if necessary, the broadcast data, subject to these Rules and the company’s final decision.

• Cashout is available on certain markets and is governed by automatic system rules. Cashout terms may vary; Amjili may suspend or terminate cashout on any market at any time without notice. Cashout calculations are based on ongoing odds and market status at the time of cashout.
• Cashout is not offered on markets where the outcome is fixed, or on markets where a single outcome has been designated as 1.0 odds due to payout structure.

• Amjili prohibits betting by participants in the event (e.g., players, coaches, referees) or acting on behalf of such persons. Betting through employees or associates of Amjili or related parties may be refunded or voided.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or software to influence betting outcomes is prohibited. Accounts using such tools may be blocked and all bets refunded.
• Amjili may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of collusion, sharing IP addresses, or multi-accounting. Bets on linked accounts may be voided and winnings retained.

Any disputes regarding bets, settlement or data are resolved by Amjili. In cases of uncertainty or contradictory data, the final decision rests with Amjili and may involve consultation with official regulators or governing bodies as required by law. The English version of these Rules governs interpretation and prevails in the event of any discrepancy with other language versions.

• All information relating to the progress of events is provided for informational purposes and Amjili is not liable for inaccuracies. Bettors should verify data using independent sources where appropriate.
• These Rules apply to all Amjili Sportsbook betting activity unless a market description or product-specific terms indicate otherwise. Amjili reserves the right to modify these Rules with notice, and such changes apply to all bets placed after the modification date.
