These General Promotions & Bonus Terms and Conditions govern Amjili's promotional bonuses, including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and any special offers granted by Amjili. They form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and apply to all bonus-related promotions unless a promotion states otherwise.
Amjili offers a Welcome Bonus package: 100% match on the first deposit up to €100 plus 50 Free Spins on a designated game. The minimum deposit to qualify is €10. Bonuses are credited automatically upon the first deposit and must be activated in your account by selecting the “Activate” option before wagering.
Winnings derived from bonuses or free spins are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements are satisfied. If wagering is not completed, the bonus funds and any associated winnings may be removed from the balance.
Bonuses are issued with a defined validity period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the applicable period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided. Free spins, where applicable, may have separate expiry terms as specified in the offer details.
You may cancel an active bonus by contacting Customer Support. If the bonus is canceled, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the bonus and related winnings are forfeited and removed from your balance. If you withdraw after partially meeting wagering requirements, the remaining wagering obligations are extinguished and any unrecovered amounts may be removed.
Amjili maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, multi-accounting, collusion with other players, rapid deposits and withdrawals designed to exploit wagering requirements, and the use of betting systems intended to defeat the wagering framework. If irregular play is detected, bonuses and winnings may be voided, accounts closed, and funds confiscated at Amjili’s sole discretion.
Only one bonus can be active on an account at any given time. Deposit-based bonuses may not be combined with other deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Amjili reserves the right to request documents to verify identity and payment methods prior to activation or payout. Acceptable documents may include government-issued ID, proof of address, and, for card payments, scans of the front and back of the card or statements. Payouts may be delayed or denied until verification is complete.
Promotional offers may be communicated via email or on-site notifications in accordance with Amjili’s Privacy Policy. Players may opt out of promotional communications by contacting Customer Support. If a targeted offer is not received by a player, Amjili reserves the right not to honor related payouts, even if wagering requirements were met.
Amjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes apply to offers issued after the change and do not affect bonuses already redeemed unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Amjili’s operations. Any disputes regarding bonuses will be resolved in accordance with Amjili’s internal review process, whose decision is final.
